• RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    You may request an exchange or return of a product within 90 calendar days after delivery. The following conditions must be observed:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging;

    • The product must be returned unused and unconsumed, in the same condition in which it was received;

    • The product must be returned with all original tags (or protective covers) attached, manuals, and any included accessories.

    We do not offer exchanges for items due to incorrect size selection by the customer. We provide detailed product measurements in centimeters to help you choose the correct size.
    According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, the store is not legally required to exchange products due to the customer’s change of mind regarding color, size, model, or any other personal reason.

    IMPORTANT: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.


    HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    Please send an email to ventzstore.suporte@gmail.com including the following information:

    • Product name

    • Order number

    • Email used for the purchase

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • VIDEO PROOF of the defect (if applicable)

    Once all conditions related to the product return are verified, we will provide the return address and process the refund and shipping cost reimbursement.


    REFUND METHODS

    Credit Card Refund: This refund may appear within up to two billing cycles after the return is processed by the payment gateway.

    PIX / Bank Transfer: The refund will be deposited into the customer’s account within 10 business days after the return is approved.
